Team Spotlight: Huy Ngo

Meet Bianca, Partnerships Manager.

What brought you to CTA?
I was drawn to CTA’s vision and mission. I wanted to help make positive change in the ecosystem and be more involved with progressive causes rather than just voting. Solving hard problems and learning a lot as we go along. The team’s knowledge and passion shone through, but their humanity and empathy ultimately sold me on CTA. 🐈 🐟.

In 5 words or less, what do you do at CTA?
Code/Build/Break/Fix things (not necessarily in that order) ✨

What’s your proudest work accomplishment?
Leading CTA into our brave new developer platform and workflow engine world (previously Airplane, now migrated over to Windmill), which we use for a lot of critical internal use cases and automated flows! It’s become an essential part of our daily ecosystem and I’m always looking for ways to leverage it to remove pain points and upgrade our processes.

What’s something on your desk or your workspace that inspires you?
Somehow I’ve ended up with a bunch of random trinkets and things on my desk, including a small but mighty collection of frogs (thanks to CTA’s frog mascot - Prog!). I’d say they inspire me to always keep fighting for PROGress. 🐸

I also have a Lion King knick knack that says “Hakuna Matata.” Although it means no worries, I interpreted it as trying your best but staying cool and level-headed because whatever life throws your way, it too shall pass.

What’s your favorite ice cream flavor?
MINT. CHOCOLATE. CHIP.

Any hidden talents we should know about?
Let’s just say an arcade basketball machine with a high score hates to see me coming.
