Meet Meghan Martin, Operations Manager!

What brought you to CTA?
I worked with Kat back at the DNC and was looking for a way to start working a little closer to progressive politics again (I lasted a whole six months away from it). A friend recommended the job and the rest is history!

In 5 words or less, what do you do at CTA?
Keep the trains running. Spreadsheets.

What’s your proudest work accomplishment?
I take a lot of pride in our in-person team retreats. Getting everyone in the same place a couple of times a year and working through some of our bigger challenges really warms my heart and helps keep me motivated.

What’s something on your desk or your workspace that inspires you?
Does my cat count? He can be very inspiring when he wants to be.

What’s your favorite ice cream flavor?
Butter pecan!

Any hidden talents we should know about?
Nothing hidden, but I am a pretty good cook!
