Team Spotlight: Cheska Perez

Meet Cheska Perez, Product Manager. 

What brought you to CTA? 
I was drawn to CTA for its vision of creating sustainable data solutions that extend beyond a single electoral cycle. Having served as a data director and organizer in electoral and movement campaigns prior to joining CTA, I am inspired by CTA's commitment to building infrastructure that ensures data is accessible, consistent, and delivered in a timely manner for the progressive ecosystem. It excites me to work with an incredible and brilliant team contributing to this mission.

In 5 words or less, what do you do at CTA? 
Coordinate sync development and delivery.

What’s your proudest work accomplishment? 
It has been incredibly rewarding to foster collaboration among our Partnerships, Engineering, and Product teams, aligning on the vision and execution of data pipelines. Currently, CTA integrates with more than 60 tools used across the progressive ecosystem.

What’s something on your desk or your workspace that inspires you? 
A photo of my mom and sister.

What’s your favorite ice cream flavor? 
Mango! 

Any hidden talents we should know about? 
Discovered I could draw portraits a few years ago, never took a class on it.
